+ Where do I get access to my online kit?
Once you have activated your online kit with the information in the box, you can access the content by logging into the website with the button in the top right corner. Choose your plan (Personal Innovation Kit) and you will be taken straight to the overview page.

+ Who will be hosting the online coaching sessions that are included in the Personal Innovation Kit?
The sessions are run by one of the THINK with people team members. Each session could be a different person depending on the subject, the type of business you are in and the language you prefer. These are the experts you can meet: Els, Sara & Bert.
+ Can I use the kit to write a business plan?
Yes, absolutely! During the process you will be asked the right questions and guided to the answer them. This will provide you with all the material you need to make a convincing business plan.
+ In what language are the coaching sessions done?
The coaching sessions are standard in English or Dutch. But we can also accommodate French. Please let us know what language you prefer when booking your session.
+ In which languages is the Personal Innovation Kit available?
For now, the kit is only available in English. The online complement to the kit is also in English. The coaching sessions can be done in English, Dutch or French. Just let us know what you prefer when booking.
+ How far must my idea or concept be developed to start with the personal innovation kit?
The kit is perfect to start from a basic idea or if you have been working on your idea for a few months but you don’t have a prototype or working product yet. If you are further down the road, please contact us for a more advanced and personal development track.
+ Is completing the process of the kit a full time assignment?
No, the idea is to use the kit to develop your idea next to another job. We estimate it will take you 30 to 40 hours, spread over 6 to 8 weeks.
+ What if I need more printed tools like the business model canvas and other?
All the documents in the kit are also available for download through the online kit. So you can print as many as you want yourself. You can activate the online kit with a code you find in your box.
+ How do I schedule an online coaching session?
There is an online scheduling tool available where you can pick a date and time yourself. You can access the scheduling tool by scanning the QR code on the voucher in the box, or through a link you find in the online kit.
+ How do I get the physical box?
You can order the box on this website. We normally ship it to you within 24 hours, so you’ll be ready to go within a few days. The acces code for the online kit will be in your physical box.
+ For how long do I have access to the online kit?
The online kit will remain open to you for 6 months. That should be plenty because the goal is to complete the process in 6 to 8 weeks. In case you need a bit more time you can always contact us for an extension of the access period.
+ How do I get access to the online personal innovation kit?
First you need to order the physical personal innovation kit. When you receive it, there will be a code in the box. With this code you can activate you online kit on this website:
